The title of a layer can be changed by the user. Product 'Layer' and 'Horizontalschnitt' now use the same code path to write the meta information file. (issue198)

TODO: * Caching of charts is configured via system property. This should be done in another way. (Property: -Dcache.chart) * charts for verticalcrosssection and horizontalcrosssection need to be implemented * distance of tick units in timeseries charts are in form of "dd-MMM". This needs to be adapted depending on range of x-axis.
