Last part to fix gnv/issue153. Now 'Profilschnitte', 'Horizontalschnitte' and 'horizontale Schnittprofile'
all use the same x/y interpolation code.

TODO: * Caching of charts is configured via system property. This should be done in another way. (Property: -Dcache.chart) * charts for verticalcrosssection and horizontalcrosssection need to be implemented * distance of tick units in timeseries charts are in form of "dd-MMM". This needs to be adapted depending on range of x-axis.
