If the number of data points to generate a "Horizontalschnitt"
is above a given threshold, they are culled against an 5% extented
bounding box of the interpolation area.

TODO: * Caching of charts is configured via system property. This should be done in another way. (Property: -Dcache.chart) * charts for verticalcrosssection and horizontalcrosssection need to be implemented * distance of tick units in timeseries charts are in form of "dd-MMM". This needs to be adapted depending on range of x-axis.
