	  because its only a toy.

	  New. Binds Apache Commons to Hibernate.

	* pom.xml: Added dependencies to log4j, commons dbcp,
	  JPA of hibernate.

	* src/main/java/de/intevation/flys/model/River.java: Added
	  JPA annotations.

	* src/main/java/de/intevation/flys/model/*.java: Replaced
	  Long with Integer because column ids are only four bytes wide.
