This is the first minor release of the 1.0 branch of FarolLuz. FarolLuz is a
set of library / utilities to manipulate Security Advisories. It is part of
Farol, the Security Advisory Management Platform.

This release adds support for two new imports formats (CPE and CVE) as well as
a new export format (HTML).

This is the first patch release of FarolLuz 0.1

This release add support for reading / writing incomplete CVRF documents. As
well as introduce a few features for ease of manipulation of the document.

* Add a method to extract a document ID.
