FarolLuz 1.0 (2014-11-05)

THis is the first public release of FarolLuz. FarolLuz is a set of library /
utilities to manipulate Security Advisories. It is part of Farol, the Security
Advisory Management Platform.

This is the first patch release of FarolLuz 0.1

This release add support for reading / writing incomplete CVRF documents. As
well as introduce a few features for ease of manipulation of the document.

Main changes since FarolLuz 0.1:

* Add a method to extract a document ID.
