Reorganized the functionality-image
* website/about-de.htm4, website/about.htm4,
doku/funktionsweise/funktionsweise-MXD2map-de.svg,
website/img/funktionsweise-MXD2map-de.png,
website/img/funktionsweise-MXD2map-de_small.png,
doku/funktionsweise/funktionsweise-MXD-konverter.svg,
doku/funktionsweise/funktionsweise-MXD2map.svg,
website/img/funktionsweise-MXD-konverter.png,
website/img/funktionsweise-MXD-konverter_small.png: Reworked the
image-name in order to have them also available in english for the
english website.
