* INSTALL.txt, LICENCE.txt, doku/source/LICENCE.txt,
doku/source/conf.py, doku/source/functionality.txt,
doku/source/index.txt, doku/source/restrictions.txt: Added some
formatting, a section about the setup of environment vars needed
for runtime, added some more features.
