(issue108) Remove generate_cppcheck and cppcheck target
This did not work correctly. It is better just to manually
execute cppcheck on the files as it gives you more control over
the options.

The related unit tests can be found in ui/tests Manual Invocation of the certificate installation parts ======================================================= There is a test list in ui/tests that you can use to manually invoke the command. e.g.: ./trustbridge-certificate-installer list=<path_to_repo>/ui/tests/data/list-valid-signed.txt choices=uninstall A choices file lies next to it. ./trustbrdige-certificate-installer list=<path_to_repo>/ui/tests/data/list-valid-signed.txt \ choices=<path_to_repo>/ui/tests/data/choices-example.txt
